Our Mission is to clean Rishikesh
Cleaning up with love
Respecting the Gods
Keeping Rishikesh beautiful
Giving Rishikesh its beauty back
Plastic bottles, packets, cigarette butts… they don’t belong in the Ganga or on the streets. Every time we bend down and pick up one, it’s like giving Rishikesh a little hug — small, but full of love. We know we can’t clean everything in one day, but if each of us does a little, every day, the whole city starts to breathe again. It’s not about perfection; it’s about care. About saying, “Hey, this place matters.” Because it does — for us, for the river, and for everyone who comes here to find peace.
Don't trash your Gods!
Sounds funny, but it’s true — throwing waste in the river is like throwing waste at the very gods we pray to. Locals, visitors, sadhus, yogis — everyone has a role to play. If each person just thinks twice before tossing something, Maa Ganga will stay as divine as she deserves to be.
Keeping Rishikesh Lovely for All
Rishikesh is not just a city; it’s a feeling — of peace, yoga, music, and mountains. But let’s be honest, it’s hard to feel spiritual when you’re stepping over plastic cups. A clean city means locals living happily, and tourists going home saying, “Wow, I can’t wait to come back!”

Cleaning, Caring, and Creating Change
Our trust is taking practical steps to keep Rishikesh and the Ganga clean.
We are increasing the number of dustbins in key areas so people can easily throw their waste in the right place instead of on the ground or in the river.
We organize awareness campaigns to explain how litter harms not only the Ganga, but also animals, nature, and even the local economy.
Our team and volunteers regularly clean the ghats, streets, and riverbanks — doing the real ground work that makes a visible difference
Step by step, we’re building a cleaner, kinder Rishikesh where everyone can live, visit, and breathe a little better.
How to be a part of us?
By volonteering with us
Join us on the ground! Help clean riverbanks, place dustbins, talk to locals, and spread awareness. Every hand makes a real difference for Ganga and for all who live around her.
By donating - even a small amount
Your support keeps our work alive — from cleaning materials to education programs. Even a small donation helps us protect the Ganga, one step and one action at a time.
By sharing our work around you
Talk about us, share our mission online or with friends. The more people know, the more change we create together. Awareness is the first wave of real transformation.
